antrenament

Ce ziceti dl.profesor cum cresc mai bine in masa musculara cand fac 6antrenamente pe saptamana sau cand fac 4 sau 5 antrenamente pe saptamana?Pana acum faceam 6 antrenamente pe sapt. eram putin obosit dar rezisteam forte bine.

Daca ai genetic f bun si maninci f bine si iei suplimente poti rezista cu 6 ant/sapt dar nu pe perioade lungi.Perioadele trebuie alternate ,luate si pauze si in fct de gradul de oboseala ajustat efortul.

eu zic ca te dezvolti mai bine cu 4, max. 5 antrenamente pe saptamana. Paul Dillet face 6 antrenamente pe saptamana, dar noi nu suntem Paul Dillet.

Foarte buna, asa am crescut eu de la 91kg la 107kg.Metoda am vazut-o la Yates.

EU m-am referit la faptul daca ar fi bine sa lucrez o singura grupa pe zi..de ex sa lucrez doar tricepsul tot antrenamentul.Stiam si eu ca bicepsul + tricepsul sunt doua grupe ....

Pai daca stii sa te antrenezi poate sa dureze si 45 min. La mine dureaza 1h-1h si 15min ptr ca mai fac cu inca 2 baieti. bafta

eu fac piept+biceps, spate+triceps, umeri+trapez, picioare+abdomene de cand am inceput sa fac sala (1 an si ceva).merg aproape in fiecare zi la sala. am pornit de la 49kg acu 62-63kg...dar de cateva zile, mai bine zis de vreo 2 sapt, cresc in greutate cate un pic, dar in forta la unele grupe scad. ce credeti ca e mai bine sa fac pauza sau sa incerc sa antrenez 1 sg grupa de muschi pe zis, si astfel efortul sa fie un pic mai redus? adica sa fac intr-o zi piept, brate, spate, picioare, umeri+trapez?

am o intrebare? am 20 de ani am 65 kg si 1,84 inaltime ma ajutati si pe mine cu un antrenament ce ar trebui sa fac .am o definire perfecta dar nu am masivitate ce tre sa fac? pls

Eu fak de obicei 2 ore si..., Nush kum reusesc altii sa termine in 45 de min. Eu in atata timp reusesc sa fak doar la piept. Si nu bag numa 8 serii => 1 serie 5 min, daca luam in considerare o pauza de 3 min....., Si dupa spatele, cu 10 serii....

daca te antrenezi si tii pauzele cum trebuie atat intre repetari cat si intre serii in 45min-1h ar trebui sa termini..:|
