Vreau sa va intreb dak e bine ce fac. Inainte de antrenament(ska) ma dau cu ben gay si pun fasa, dupa pun bratele de la cot in jos sub apa rece. E bine? Am intele s ca este si o metoda cu alternarea apei reci cu cea calda, e mai buna?
