Program pt. 4 Zile

Buna Ziua,
Am si eu o rugaminte:
Im poate recomanda cineva un program de 4 zile la sala?
(fac de 3 luni jumatate sala si am lucrat in felul urmator:Luni: piept,biceps; Marti:umeri,triceps; Miercuriauza; Joi:spate,trapez; Vineri:abdomen,picioare.)

e ok antrenamentul pe care l faci, de ce vrei sa schimbi?
daca vrei poti incerca asa:
L:Piept+umeri
M:Picioare+abdomen
M:Pauza
J:Spate+trapez
V:Brate(biceps, triceps, antebrate)

De ce ii spui omului prostii? Nu e bine sa antrenezi triceps si umeri a doua zi dupa piept. Schimba asa:
Luni: piept,biceps
Marti: picioare, abdomen
Miercuri: Pauza
Joi:umeri,triceps
Vineri:spate,trapez
