Tinand cont ca fac antrenament de intretinere seara dupa ora 19 si am 38 de ani (nu sunt incepator si folosesc suplimente) as vrea sa stiu daca pentru a nu depune tesut adipos excesiv, caloriile zilnice consumate ar trebui sa fie in procent mai mare in a doua parte a zilei in care fac efort fizic mai intens decat cele consumate dimineata si cam ce procent de carbohidrati si proteine ar trebui sa contina masa de dupa antrenament avand in vedere ca fac si 30 minute alergare pe bicicleta stationara de 3 ori pe saptamana.

Nu are foarte mare importanta.
Dupa antrenament ia un concentrat 50-50%
