Hrana!!!!

Eu mananc minim 1 paine alba pe zi. Cam cate calorii are???O paine medie cam cate grame are???

Am cam 3 mese tapene pe zi si vreo 2 gustari( in jur de 150 kcal fiecare gustare) :

dimineata 08:30: 1 cana 250ml lapte + 1 lingurita cacao +3 lingurite miere/zahar

10:00 : 1 ou fiert + 1 felie 50 g paine
1 fruct: 1 mar, 1 nectarina ,orice
1 pahar a cate 250 ml apa

12:00 : 1 farfurie 300g felul 2( piure, mancare de cartofi , piept de pui orice)+100g paine
1 pahar 250 ml apa

15:50 : 1 kebab sau o shaorma

19:00 : 1 farfurie 300 k mancare de cartofi/piure/friptura + 300 g paine
3 pahare a cate 250 ml apa

daca e ectomorf extrem poate ca nu e asa rau..
am un prieten care face baschet.. e intr-o echipa de liga a2a parca.. in fine.. omul este scandura dar rupe in doua tot ce gaseste.. nu se gandeste de doua ori inainte ce sa manance ))) si nici macar burta nu are..
chestia e ca are 3 antrenamente pe zi in care ii nenoroceste..
deci orice e posibil ))
asta asa ca fapt divers pentru ca a zis apolo ca o sa-l intreaca pe Piedone =))

antrenamentul il fac de la 1 la 2.Dupa antrenament beau doar 250 ml lapte+cacao+3 lingurite zahar..))...)

aha.am prins ironia. chiar acum am avut un pranz bogat: ~ 200g piure +40-50 g ciuperci prajite + ~300 g paine.+ 1 farfurie ciorba de gaina

Total: ~630kcal+70kcal+800kcal+~200kcal= 1700 kcal

sunt deacord cu tine alessandro deoarece sunt zile in care abia daca ies din clasa...))...oricum cracky nu cred ca pun doar 50g muschi/kg..)..nici chiar asa; 200 g/kg tot iau....recomanda-mi tu ce sa mananc la scoala si sa fie bogat din orice pctt de vedere(calorii,proteine,grasimi,etc).

aa..la scoala..da 2 sandvichirui suprapuse mancam si eu :P si 2 banane + o placinta cu cartofi daca imi era foame )

nici o masa fara proteine .. alea-s baza pt constructia de masa musculara ... tu iti calculezi kilocaloriile in detrimentul nutrientilor ...la 70kile ale tale cel putin 150g de proteina pe zi (printre astea sunt ascunse si grasimi saturate, ca n-ai ce face ), iar in functie de timpul somatic jonglezi cu carbohidratii, mai mult, mai putin, etc+grasimi sanatoase, nu in exces
poti sa bagi si 3 franzele pe zi ca tot nu cresti daca nu iti asiguri necesarul de proteina ...

e greu doar din poza de la avatar sa ne dam seama, cate puncte esti ecto si cate esti mezo....pari pe undeva pe la mijloc.
PS: legat de brat, care este diferenta de cm intre bratul relaxat si cel incordat? la mn dupa 1 an jumate de stat pe bara sunt aproape 5cm diferenta in circumferinta. legat de faza asta , m-am referit ca ai si ceva grasime. nu cred ca ai diferenta asta pe care o am eu fara antr, nici acum cand te antr.
