salut..am si eu o intrebare..exista posibilitatea efectuarii de exercitii numai pt masa?doresc sa pun doar masa, si iau ca suplimente mega mass 4300, natural sterol , creatina monohidrata si aminoacizi..astept pareri si modele de exercitii si programe..mentionez k fac sala de ceva vreme, insa astept parerea unor cunoscatori! multumesc

exercitiile de baza sunt cele care te fac sa cresti in greutate. Deci daca acesta iti e scopul, exercitii de baza trebuie sa faci!

multumesc, domnule Neagu! despre suplimente nu mi-ati zis daca sunt cat de cat bune , sau trebuie sa mai lucrez si la ele..

pey pt masa...adica pt kg in plus..eu zic ca tb sa faci exercitii numai pt grupe musculare mai mari...dar tot nu e bine pt ca cele mici nu or sa se mai cunoasca...si asa ca fa-le pe toate,dar fa-le bine
