Question Cum e mai bine?

Sunt intr-ale inceputului in culturism si as vrea sa stiu cum e mai bine sa ma antrenez... Momentan folosesc piramidarea inversa, 3 seturi,6-8-10/exercitiu, 3-4 exercitii pe grupa musculara mare/2-3 ex pe grupa musculara mica; sunt ectomorf, 18 ani, 1.75, 69 kg; Sunt in dilema pt ca am vazut mai multe metode de antrenament: piramidarea normala, metoda clasica 4x8 etc(nu fac 4 serii pt ca nu ma duce muschiu' asa ca ma limitez la 3 pe exercitiu) Deci, va rog sa-mi recomandati o metoda buna de antrenament cu care sa castig masa musculara tinand cont ca sunt si ectomorf!
