Buna ziua domnule doctor. Am inceput un program de antrenament si daca imi puteti transmite ce suplimente nutritive pot lua pentru nu a pierde din greutate si a ma mentine in forma. Date personale: 1,80 inaltime, 78 kg, 37 ani. Program de antrenament:

1si 2 saptamana: 3,2 km alergare L/MI/V
5x20 flotari, 5x20 abdominale, 3x3 tractiuni
15 minute inot

3 si 4 saptamana: 4,8 km alergare L/MI/V
5X25 flotari, 5x25 abdominale, 3x4 tractiuni
20 minute inot

5 si 6 saptamana: 3,2/4,8/6,4/3,2/-L/MI/J/V alergare
6x25 flotari, 6x25 abdominale, 2x8 tractiuni
25 minute inot

7, 8 si 9 saptamana:6,4/6,4/8/4,8/-L/MI/J/V alergare
6x30 flotari, 6x30 abdominale, 3x10 tractiuni
35 minute inot

Si va rog sa-mi transmiteti si parerea dumneavoastra de doctor privind acest program de antrenament. Va multumesc si pe curind.Dan

Este un program ok pentru mentinere in forma.
Ti-as recomanda un supliment cum este Nutrifortul, cate 2 portii in zilele cu antrenamenent. In plus poti sa iei glutamina 5 g pe zi si Centrum 1/zi.

Buna Ziua. Domnule doctor am o nelamurire eu locuiesc in Spania am intrebat la un magazin de suplimente nutritive de Nutrifort si nu au auzit daca mi-ati putea oferi in loc de Nutrifort un produs mai ,, occidental " de care au auzit si astia pe aici.Va multumesc Dan

Cauta orice produs care are aproximativ 70% carbo si 30% proteine.
