Question aveti vreo sugestie???

salut!! am si io o mica problema....si anume programul de antrenament...........imi puteti spune daca gresesc pe undeva???
iata
programul meu:ziua 1 :PIEPT +BICEPS
ZIUA 2 :PICIOARE+ABDOMEN
ZIUA 3:SPATE+TRICEPS
ZIUA4:UMERI+TRAPZ
AM 19 ANI SI 67 KG....si cu acest program am crescut in greutate intr-o luna 3 kg
Ce parere aveti despre program???
cate zile de pauza pe saptamana trebuie sa am???
in a urmatorea luna trebuie sa schimb ceva la antrenament???
momentan la fiecare grupa de muschi fac 4 serii a cate 6-8 repetari....
Va multumesc ...si astept raspuns....

Este ok, desi ai putea sa grupezi spatele cu bicepsul.
Lasa o zi de pauza intre antrenamente.
Nu e nevoie sa tot schimbi aranjarea grupelor, ci exercitiile.
