Question reliefare biceps-triceps

Buna ziua la toata lumea buna de aici! VA rog frumos daca puteti sa ma sfatuiti cu un program aparte sau cu exercitii speciale de conturare a tricepsului si de ai da o forma bombata parca in spate-nu asa in mare masa dar asa mare in capul sau lung sa fie pronuntat,asa ca la Jammie Fox sau ca la atletii de gimnastica usoara,mersi mult pentru atentie si numai bine!BAFTA!

baga impins din apropiat..apoi presa franceza apoi flotari la paralele si schimba ordinea la fiecare antrenament

Extensia bratelor ,cu bara ,din culcat pe spate (coatele sunt tot timpul orientate catre tavan).-fie cu haltera EZ sau cea dreapta,coatele te starui sa le tii aproape paralele (pentru un efect mai bun) nui nimic daca se vor duce putin in laturi,dar daca numai pentru putin,si te starui sa cobori haltera incet in regiunea fruntii,fara sa misti coatele inainte sau inapoi-te starui sa le fixezi.NUMAI BINE SI NOROC

incearca superserii biceps-triceps. eu am inceput de luni cu program de superserii si cam simt efect : flexii biceps, apoi extensii cu bara sau cu gantere (eu prefer cu gantere, fiindca pune mai mare accent pe fiecare brat in parte)
