Toate exercitiile care tonifiaza muskii, fandari, flotari pentru pectorali si tricepsi etc.Dieta e mai importanta ca efortul in slabire.Efortul e strict pentru a pastra tonusul muscular.

un program de antrenament pt fete, ne puteti da? m-ar interesa cam cum ar trebui sa=mi lucrez corpul acasa . Ce tipuri de exercitii pot face in casa.? Eu mai fac dupa programele lui JiLian michaels, sunt super, dar cateodata prea dinamice.
Cat de slabit, eu mananc batoane fibrobar , in loc de 1sau 2 mese pe zi. NU mereu, ci doar cand sunt la scoala si n-am timp sa mananc. Cand am timp mananc varza murata )), ciorba de legume, salata din piept d pui,iaurt;le alternez.

Din pacate metodele de slabire si tonifiere, nu pot fi aplicate fara aparatura.E bun batonul, iar restul alimentelor pare ok, varza murata ar fi bine sa nu fie extrem de sarata.

Fa ce poti acasa, eventual la scoala la orele de sport alearga cat mai mult, joc sportiv, dar adevarata remodelare o faci la sala cu aparate tintite pe grupele de muski.
