Whey+carbo+caseina

Salut !

Sunt Stefan, 24 de ani,1.86 si am 73 kg,ectomorf.
Am reusit sa obtin detaliile necesare referitoare la antrenament,si acum vine vorba de suplimente.

Ce sa iau dupa antrenament,si seara inainte de somn pentru stimularea cresterii masei musculare?

Iau momentan niste vitamine si omega3.

Pot sa iau whey prot dupa antrenament combinat cu un carbo (pentru a evita depunerea grasimii ca la gainere si bineinteles,pentru a iesi mai ieftin),si ce carbihidrat imi recomandati?

Iar seara sa iau caseina?
