efectul de hipertrofie

buna, am 16 ani, 65 kilograme, ectomorf. nu fac sala decat de vreo 2 luni dar m-am documentat oarecum suficient inainte sa ma apuc de treaba. dar insa mai am cateva nelamuriri si sper sa ma poata ajuta cineva.
am citit intr-o revista de culturism ca efectul de hipertrofie ( ambele forme) apare abia dupa 3 luni de antrenament, timp in care muschii incep sa se obisnuiasca cu
tensiunea. si as vrea sa va intreb daca un antrenament piramidal de 4 ori pe saptamana de tipul: LUNI: piept- triceps / MARTI:biceps-deltoid/. MIERCURI-pauza/ JOI-spate-trapez/ VINERI-picioare -abdomen. este bun pentru mine, tinand cont ca respect programul de odihna si asigur necesarul de calorii si carbo. iau si suplimente. va rog sa-mi spuneti daca gresesc si cum ar fii bine. Nu e bine antrenamentul pt ca Marti nu dai randament la umeri pt ca ai facut luni piept(unde deltoidul lucreaza ca muschi secundar) si triceps(care este muschi secundar cand faci umeri).

de ce antreanarea picioarelor trebuie sa se faca pe la mijlocul antrenamentului?

Antrenamentul picioarelor ofera o zi de pauza pt muschii trenului superior.
