Question Please un raspuns!nu stiu ce sa fac

Am 16 ani impliniti in mai si lucrez cu gantere de 10 kg.Nu am folosit nici o proteina,nici o creatina,nimic,si ma intreb daca la 16 ani e bine sa incep sa folosesc astfel de produse.Si daca da,ce transformari se vor produce in organism?
P.S:Lucrez in contiuu de cateva luni fara ca muschiul meu sa mai creasca in volum sau in latime.Am la brat drept 34 de cm(biceps) incalzit si la stangul 33 cm(biceps) incalzit.Please ..vreau un raspuns!

Da, poti sa folosesti. In fond nu e vorba decat de mancare concentrata.
