buna ziua domnule doctor
1. Am inteles ca pt cresterea musculara am nevoie de 2g de proteina pe kilcorp. Daca depasesc 2g, eu iau cam 2,2-2,5g proteina pe kilcorp, a ajuta mai mult?
2. 4g carbo pe g de proteina dupa antrenament, dar in timpul zilei, pentru a lua in greutate de cate g de carbo pe g de proteina am nevoie?

1. Nu in mod special. Depinde de totalul caloric si de antrenament.
2. Cam 3 la 1.
