ce ?

Ce trebuie sa mananc ininte si dupa alergare ? si cu cat timp inainte si dupa. Precizez ca nu vreau sa slabesc ci doar sa ma definesc putin si sa imi fac putina conditie fizica si nu vreau ca alergatu sa imi afecteze munca in sala adica sa dau masa jos.

Inainte cu o ora poti sa mananci de exemplu un iaurt cu o lingurita de miere si musli, iar dupa imediat mananca fructe.

Eu alerg pe o strada la 2 minute de casa pe unde alearga si fetele de la atletism mai am ce vedea

Mai am o problema ..... in zilele in care nu fac antrenamen fac arte martiale problema mea e urmatoarea: ce anume sa mananc inainte de antrenamentele de arte martiale care dureaza in jur de 3 ore, ca sa nu imi afecteze antrenamentele de culturism adica sa nu imi opreasca cresterea in masa.

Ar fi bine sa mananci o masa bogata, de exemplu o friptura (pui, vita) impreuna cu o portie mare de orez sau paste fainoase, plus o salata cu ulei de masline si apoi 1-2 fructe.

Ar fi indicate si 2-3 pastile de glutamina inainte ?

Cand e bine sa alergi ? Am inteles ca in zilele cand nu fac antrenament la sala .... dar dimineata sau seara ? uni mi-au spus ca dimineata nu e prea bine ca pierzi masa pt ca nu esti bine hranit si nustiu ce ..... oricum eu nu pot face decat seara din cauza lipsei de timp.... idea este ca alerg cam pe la 9 seara si dupaia vin acasa si mananc destul de mult, mai ard din grasimi daca fac asta ? Si inca o intrebare am inteles ca e bine sa alergi cam 30 de minute .... este obligatoriu sa alergi in continu sau poti face o paza de 1-2 minute .

Poti sa faci si pauza, mai ales daca esti incepator in ale alergatului.
E bine sa alergi atunci cand ai timp. Nefiind sportiv de performanta, nu are prea mare importanta momentul. Important e sa alergi
