Exclamation Antrenament pentru crestere in masa

sal.. deci sunt nelamurit deci exemplu de antrenamet pipet : 3 serii impins inclinat cu bara 8 max 10 rep depinde in ce forma sunt. 3 serii impins culcat tot 8 max 10 rep. 2 serii revin la inclinat cu impins cu gantere .. sunt de ajuns 8 serii la toata gurpa.. mentionez ca vreau masa

sal...depinde cat de bine faci antranamentu si cand mai faci piept...daca il faci peste o sapt este putin.....daca il faci peste 4 zile este bine
