antrenament + cardio

Salut
am 18 ani , 85 kg, 1.73 cm,
momentan pe vara fac urmatorul antrenament
luni: piept+ abdomen
marti:spate+antebrat
miercuri:umeri+trapez
joi: piciaore
vineri:biceps+triceps
seara faceam seara faceam cardio in fiecare zi aproape ca vara numi prea arde de masa
insa din octombrie ma apuc iar de masa,fac acelasi program si vreau sa intreb daca ar trebui sa ma bag exercitii cardio?pt inima, si ca sa controlez putin grasimea,sa nu pun prea mult.Daca bag imediat dp antrenamnt e ok/?
eu mai mult de 2 /3 zile /(15-20)pe sedinta, pe saptamana in perioada de masa ma gandeam sa nu bag,voi ce parere aveti?

sau cred ca fac ma bine tot seara cardio,ca sa nu fie prea mult si antrenament cu greutati si cardio una dp cealalta, dar la cate sedinte sa ma limitez pe saptamana?
