pt domnul cristian neagu

buna ziua ....am 1,80 ....64 de kg ....19 ani ectomorf .....am facut 6 luni sala dar am renuntat acum o luna pt ca nu aveam cu cn sa ma duc ....apoi mi-am luat cate cv pentru acasa (haltere /gantere /plan drept,inclinat ,declinat/bara de tractiuni ...si un aparat pt spate) este bun acest program Luni:Piept+triceps
Marti:Umeri+trapez
Miercuriauza
Joiicioare
Vineri:Spate+biceps
Duminica si Sambataauza .....inainte faceam programu asta dar cnv mi-a zis ca e supraantrenament : luniiept triceps +biceps ...marti spate +umeri ...miercuriicioare ......joi la fel ca luni ...si vineri la el ca marti...sambata picioare dar nu forta ...alergare +tenis de camp ........cu acest program am luat in greutate aproximativ 4 kg in 6 luni .....da fara proteine sau altcv....acum ce imi puteti recomanda

4 kg in 6 luni?Sper ca nu te gandesti nici macar un minut ca a fost vreun gram de muschi.
Schimba marti cu joi sau vineri,la piept intra deltoidul anterior(partea din fata a umarului) iar la spate intra cel posterior.Cred ca cel mai ok ar fi sa lasi umerii ultimii,ei sunt implicati in miscarile de tras si impins.

calificat ....nu deasta care citeste dp net )........ba da dar ma gandeam ca domnu neagu e mai bun :>:> la capitoulu asta :d.......si in privinta alor 4 kg io zic ca-s muschi ca eram schija rau cand m-am apucat osicioare ) ......crek si oasele s-au mai dezvoltat si din acest motiv sunt 4 gk :-??

Pai si din moment ce el e nutritionist,se presupune ca te cunoaste foarte bine,stie de ce ai tu nevoie,nu a fost in stare sa-ti recomande un supliment?Daca raspunzi,raspunde in celalt topic de pe aria SUPLIMENTE NUTRITIVE pt ca aici riscam sa luam warn.

off: te rog eu pune meniul tau de nutritionist la rubrica respectiva sunt tare curios cum arata, mai ales ca ai luat si 4kg de muschi .. spui tu

il lasam in entuziasmul lui , pacat ca nu afiseaza meniul in care i s-au dezvoltat si oasele... nu ca ar avea retineri de apa si grasime (grasime nu inseamna numai burtosii)la fel ca orice om; oricum esti pe drumul bun avand in vedere ca ai dubii in privinta acelor 4kg de muschi.

Daca e nutritionist e mai bine sa tii cont de ce iti recomanda, te cunoaste si nu intamplator si-a ales meseria asta.

Domnu' Neagu, va rog sa-mi raspundeti la o intrebare: la ramat cu gantera e recomandat ca la partea negativa a miscarii sa ma duc cu dorsalul un pic in jos dupa greutate sau sa raman neclintit( din spate) pe tot parcursul cursei exercitiului?

Am vazut profi facand in ambele feluri, eu personal nu am riscat sa cobor dorsalul si umarul, de teama unei accidentari la coloana, asa ca eu zic sa tii umerii la aceals nivel.
