Nelamurire aminoacizi

Dl Neagu, stiti problema mea cu recuperarea greoaie.Avand in vedere ca proteinele din hrana solida se sparg in aminoacizi si eu mananc 200g/zi, are rost sa supliemntez cu aminoacizi? Ma gandeam sa iau 1/3 inainte de antrenament (6g bcaa) si 2/3 dupa antrenament (12g bcaa + inca 13g de amino esentiali cu profil complet) + 10g bcaa in zilele de pauza.Fac bine, m-ar ajuta cu recuperarea?
