Question Antrenament ectomorf

Buna !!!

Ma numesc Mihai, am 24 de ani si de 1 saptamana am incepeput sa fac si eu sala, scopul meu este de a creste in masa musculara si in greutate, aici cer sfaturile voastre. Tipul meu somatic este ectomorf, am 1.65 inaltime si 56kg.
Doresc sa imi recomandati daca se poate un program de antrenament, alimentatie si ce suplimente sa iau.
Muncesc 2 zile cu 2 zile libere in domeniul bucatariei, program de lucru 10-24. Nu sunt fumator, alcool consum foarte rar iarasi cafea 1-2 pe zi; mai sunt zile in care nu consum deloc, in zilele libere daca nu ies in oras ). Programul de somn imi este cam dezechilibrat. Inainte consumam mai mult bauturi carbogazoase decat apa, in special Coca-Cola in 75% din cazuri. De vreo 2 luni nu mai consum asa des Coca-Cola, foarte-foarte rar 5% din cazuri.

Eu as dori sa merg la sala de dimineata pana in ora 10.

Daca ma poate ajuta cineva as fi recunoscator.
