Unhappy durere

In timpul antrenamentelor (fac Tae-bo si jogging), am dureri de-a lungul tibiei. Am impresia ca mi se trag muschii si se misca pe os in sus si-n jos. Cateodata durerea e insuportabila si ma obliga sa fac pauza, ceea ce nu imi convine. Am incercat si cu incalzirea zonei respective inaintea orelor de tae-bo, dar nimic. Scuze pt exprimare, dar am vrut sa explic efectiv ceea ce simt, pentru o intelegere cat mai buna. Sincer nu stiu daca am reusit. Va multumesc.

Probabil ca aceste dureri sunt in muschiul tibial anterior, care este supus la un efort intens in conditii anaerobe si nu rezista. Probabil ca trebuie sa reduci intensitatea efortului si sa faci exercitii de stretching.
Aceasta este o presupunere. Daca vei avea dureri in continuare, mergi la un control medical.
