O intrebare ptr cristik22. De ce nu folosesti sistemul de "bulk then cut". Adica o perioada mai mare pe surplus caloric semnificativ dupa aia o definire.

Aveti perfecta dreptate.Parca parca incep sa cred ca un volum mai mic si o intensitate mai mare aduce cresteri mult mai mari.Nu vreau sa trag concluzii gresite momentan, mai am multe de experimentat.

Pentru ca nu sunt culturist si nu concurez.De data asta ma opresc abea la 80kg, fara nici un fel de definire dupa, ca n-am de gand sa concurez.

10 martie 2016: 69.45kg si 75.5cm talie
16 aprilie 2016: 72.1kg si 77.5cm talie (+2.65kg)
25 august 2016: 76.5kg si 77.5cm talie (+4.4kg)
