pai tractiunile din balans:
te prinzi de bara( ca la tractiuni pt biceps.) si apoi te ridici in sus cu ajutorul unui balans pe care il faci din picioare.. nu prea stiu sa explic bine ..mai bine vezi la cineva si intelegi ., |

Bicepsul e mai puternic decat spatele? Vad des greseala de a spune ca tractiunile cu priza in supinatie la nivelul umerilor sunt pentru biceps...

La tractiuni libere eu recomand 6-10 repetari(exercitiu complex pt forta si masa) iar la helcometru(lucrat ceva mai izolat) 8-12 repetari.

am depasit de mult 100kg si tot mai pot sa fac 10rep pt spate... pt biceps fac 12 cam asa.

la 108,5kg reusesc 8-9 priza larga si cu 15kg pe mine cam 2-3. pt biceps cam 10.
