In regula, evident ca nu inregistrezi cresteri in masa musculara, insa ajungi ce iti promit ei? Anume sa faci 100 de flotari spre exemplu.

EDIT: am nevoie de din astea "fara numar" pentru ceva probe sportive care ma asteapta.

Nu iti trebuie cine stie ce antrenament sa faci 100 de flotari. Am un coleg de clasa care face doar sala si face 90-100 de flotari lejer. Eu sunt de parere ca tine si de rezistenta. Dar oricum poti incerca.

Eu unul nu cred ..ca sa iti maresti rezistenta aia sa duci mai multe flotari ..iti trebuie si alte tipuri de antrenament ..pentru ca te obisnuiesti ..eu acum 2 ani nu puteam face o flotare corect ...acum pot face 18 pana jos ...fara vreo crestere in masa musculara ..(0 defapt ..) ..totul e de obisnuinta pana ajungi si stagnezi ..

Am incercat eu ala cu flotarile acum vreun an..n am ajuns la 100 ca nu m am tinut de el insa de la 30 cate faceam intr o luna ajunsesem la 70..ajuta insa si sala facand te ajuta...acum desi fac doar sala reusesc sa ajung pe la 80 de flotari daca ma apuca..Insa daca zici ca ai nevoie pentru probe sportive mai bine faci doar flotari deoarece ajungi sa fii mai rezistent la ele ,acum ma rog depinde si cate ai nevoie sa faci..daca e vorba de armata te sfatuiesc sa faci doar flotari..daca e vorba doar de o proba sportiva la ce atunci fa doar sala.

incercati sa le faceti usor 2 secunde coborare 2 sec urcare , cred ca se poate creste an rezistenta , sunt 100% convins ca ve-ti face mult mai putine dar cu efect
