Program de antrenament - fizionomie ectomorf

Doresc sa ma apuc de sala, pentru a castiga in masa musculara, am ca scop punerea a 18 kg intr-un an de zile de bodybuilding. Rugamintea mea este urmatoarea: as dorii un program de antrenament pentru ectomorfi, deoarece eu am 177 inaltime si in jur de 58 kg. Multumesc anticipat pentru raspunsuri si sper sa gasesc pe cineva binevoitor aici care sa-mi zica un program de inceput.

Nu pot sa iti construiesc un program de antrenament individualizat.Pot insa sa iti recomand sa faci 3 antr/saptamina, sa folosesti ex de baza si sa completezi alimentatia cu proteine si carbohidrati.
18kg intr-un an pt un ectomorf este mult.Incearca ceva mai realist sub 10 kg.
