pe langa exercitiile sugerate in posturile anterioare as adauga si alergatul cu spatele. trage piciorul inapoi din fesa si vei avea un posterior mai ferm.

cred ca e ok dupa ce faci coapse , daca observi nici el nu foloseste greutati mari la exercitiul respectiv mai mult conteaza forma, pt inceput poti face si cu bara goala totu e sa simti muschiul

Sunt unele, avem si noi in sala.
Se pot folosi pentru fesieri cat si pentru adductori. Doar greutatile sunt mai modeste.

aa si mai sunt nijte exercitii pentru fesieri ...fandari cu greutati in mana dar cu un picior pe steper ......nus daca am explicat bine da sper ca te-am ajutat macar putin
