pullover

am facut odata ex asta...si a reactionat f bine muschiul la el.
am si eu cateva intrebari legate de el pt cei se pricep la antrenamente...
eu am antr la piept 5 serii impins cu bara din culcat, 4 serii impins cu ganterele din inclinat si 3 serii de fluturari din culcat.
as vrea in loc de fluturari sa fac 4 serii de pullovers...intrebarea e cum sa le fac...cate repetari se fac pe serie....se face incalzire? si daca merge combinat cu impinsurile cu care le fac.

acest exercitiu iti foloseste mai mult muschii spatelui, marele dorsal, lombarii insa putin pectoralii,deci nu prea merge combinat cu ce faci tu si nici nu prea inlocuieste fluturarile

arnold il facea la sfarsitul fiecarui antrenament
se spune ca ajuta la dezvoltarea cutiei toracice la o varsta < 18 ani, cand oasele sunt in crestere

eu fac de 2 ani exercitiul asta si a dat bine pana acum

dar nu am spus ca le fac in ac scop cu fluturarile...
pe frank mcgrath l-am vazut ca facea...3 serii 1x12 1x10 1x8
si le facea odata cu impinsu...

da si arnold tot cu impinsu facea, dar daca faceau ei nu inseamna ca e optim.. ti-am zis cei mai solicitati muschi la exercitiu parerea mea e ca merge cu antrenamentu cu spate ca sa mentii sangele acolo.. eu il fac si cu pieptul si cu spatele cand am timp
ps:fluturarile dau definire , pullovers dau masa daca te gandesti la scopu asta

vreau si eu un program de antrenament pt toate grupele...cate serii in asa fell inkat sa nu ma antrenez..pls

Poti folosi pull-over inainte sau dupa antr de pectorali, dar ma vazut profi care il integrau si in ex de incalzire pt dorsali asa ca..experimenteaza.
