Numele meu este Bogdan, am 20 de ani, 1.73 shi 60Kg. Am mers la sala la inceputul anului timp de 4 luni (am mers shi anul trecut aprox 6 luni), de 1 luna am reinceput sa merg la sala shi am constatat ca atunci cand fac picioare mi se face rau si de cele mai multe ori nu pot termina antrenamentul....pot face ceva in privintza asta?!

Iau RapidMas ... din nefericire pt mine nu am gasit decat cu aroma de vanilie...pt a-i schiba gustul adaug o linguritza de cacao in laptele cu care le iau... poate diminua din efectul suplimentului acea linguritza de cacao?!

Nu are nici o importanta ca adaugi cacao.

In legatura cu senzatia de rau - probabil ca lucrezi prea intens. Iti recomand sa mai reduci din greutate si sa faci mai multe repetari in compensatie.
