Respiratia !!!

Ce rol joaca respiratia in timpul uni antrenament? cum trebuie sa respiram corect??

Ce rol joaca respiratia :-j niciunu important oricum,incearca sa nu mai respiri sa vezi ce se intampla.
P.S: Nu stii sa respiri?!!!!!!!!!!!!!! De unde va vin intrebarile astea in minte ma?

inspiri pe partea negativa si expiri pe pozitiva ... respirand creezi o persiune toarcica, in zona lombara si abodminala, ceea ce duce la o stabilitate mai buna si te mai fereste de accidentari ..

pt cei ce nu au auzit d fct search ii anunt ca ceea ce a spus Bogdan se mai scrisese

numai profesori in theardu asta si bineinteles toti au ironizat intrebarea lui bennn, daca va uitati putin cand s-sa inscris si de cate ori a postat pe forum va dadeati seama ca e nou pe aici...

dar bineinteles ca ironiile au un loc special aici...

Hh! Eu am spus sa dai search pentru ca s-a mai vorbit despre asta. Daca iti e lene sa dai si un simplu search atunci ia si te apuca de sedentarism.

singura exceptie o face antrenamentul abodmenului care e exact opus, in crunch expiri si in extensie inspiri ... daca mai stii si altele te rog completeaza-ma ca eu mi-am batut capul si nu mai gasit .. poate la hiperextensii??...
