fibra de tip II predominanta?

Va salut domnule doctor!

Sunt cateva lucruri putin cam ciudate asupra carora as dori sa va cer parerea:

1.Reusesc sa ma pompez mai bine in urma unui nr de serii cu repetari mai putine(4-6) decat in urma aceluiasi numar de serii cu repetari mai multe(cu grutate mai mica).Exemplu: in urma impinsului la piept (2-3 serii de 4-6 rep) obtin o pompare superioara fata de cazul cand fac flotari(oricate as face)

2. Am observat ca raspund cel mai bine la nr redus de repetari pe serie (in jur de 4-6). Deja la mai multe repetari(cam peste 8) observ ca nu progresez deloc

3.Probele de rezistenta(alergere, flotari cu repetari multe) n-au fost de cand ma stiu punctele mele forte.

Sa fie vorba de un procent mai mare de fibre de contractie rapida?

Poate fi vorba si de o caracteristica fiziologica a organismului tau, insa nu se poate spune cu certitudine.
In privinta senzatiei de "pompare" diferita intre impins si flotari, este normal deorece impinsul izoleaza mai bine muschii pectorali, in timp ce la flotari intervine un intreg lant cinetic, iar greutatea folosita este doar cea a trunchiului tau, adica in jur de 30-40 kg (presupunand ca ai 70-80 kg).
