Acum vreo 2 ani(cand m-am apucat de sala..)oriunde citeam in reviste pe net la programe de antrenament gaseam la program piept+triceps ...acum peste tot vad piept+biceps...merge mai bine pieptul cu bicepsul decat pieptul +tricepsu la antrenamente? la piept+triceps stiu ca lucra si tricepsu la antrenamentele pt piept... dc s-a facut schimbarea? este ceva in plus?

S-a mai discutat. Este doar o variatiune fiecare varianta are avantaje si dezavantaje.

incearca ambele variante si lucreaza apoi cum ti se pare mai productiv.
