Slabirea de primavara

Dupa aprox 3 luni de pauza fortata de niste pb de sanatate, nu grave ,dar invalidante cu contraindicarea efortului fizic de orice fel, m-am trezit cu 113,4kg.Nu spun ca nu am si mancat de sarbatori, dar ....astea sunt kg
Pentru ca am promis unui user al forumului ca voi spune cum slabesc, iata
Antrenament full body incadrat de 1,5km banda la inceput si la sfarsit cu puls intre 115-125=aprox 300-330Kcal
Antrenament anaerob (greutati) undeva intre 300-400kcal.Asta e efortul de 3xsaptamana, pt ca atat timp am sa fac miscare.Inca nu am ok medicului pt efort si vor mai urma periaode de cate 3 sapt de pauza, datorate tratamentelor.
Evident totul la relanti, kg pierdute de luni pana azi=1,200.
Evident apa, pt ca am scos zaharul.Va tin la curent.

In limita timpului si a postarilor, voi incrca sa detaliez, desi sincer nu cred ca este bine sa intru in amanunte, eu evit anumite alimente care mie imi provoaca acidoza , dar pt restul lumii sunt ok si multe alte individualizari.O sa ma opresc undeva la 105kg, greutatea mea optima de vara

Procedez destul de obisnuit, scad carbo si intensific efortul atunci cand sanatatea si timpul mi-o permit.De cativa ani buni nu am mai ajuns la o greutate asa de mare, dar problemele de sanatate m-au obligat sa nu fac efort.Sper ca pe undeva la sfarsitul lui Martie sa am voie sa ma antrenez mai tare.

Felicitari dl. Neagu

Spuneati mai sus ca atunci cand slabeati scadeati carbo si intensificati antrenamentele, cum mai exact, cum intensificati antrenamentele ? de cate ori pe saptamana si cam cat dura un antrenament ?

Pai scad carbo undeva la 40% pe care-i consum in prima parte a zilei si fara vreun zahar.Spre seara consum numai proteine si grasimi.Intensitatea antr o cresc treptat, la aerobic cresc viteza benzii, alternativ , iar la fiare scad pauzele si introduc superseturi.Din pacate azi la filmari a fost ziua unui coleg si am baut un pahar de cola si am mancat aperitive pe paine+tort.Maine o sa am sigur 1kg in plus, desi am fortat cat de cat la sala, metabolismul e greu de urnit.Iar de vinerea viitoare, voi avea minim 10 zle de pauza din cauza unei noi interventii.....
