Alcatuirea dietei

Ptr masa musculara ca macronutrienti ar fii ok asa:40%carbo 30%proteina 30%grasimi?
Si sunt ectomorf.

calorii:
22, pana la 24 x greutatea in pounds pentru zilele cu antrenament
18, pana 19 x greutatea in pounds pentru zilele fara antrenament

proteine = 1, pana la 1.3g/pound

carbo:
3, pana la 3.5g/pound pentru zilele cu antrenament
1.5, pana la 1.75g pound pentru zilele fara antrenament

grasimi = 0.5, pana la 0.6g/pound

As vrea o parere de la tine si dl neagu
La primele 2 mese as vrea sa bag fulgi de ovaz vu fructe de padure si 6 oua(3 la prima 3 la a2) si niste branza?
La urm 2 carne cu niste legume si niste felii crocante .
La masa de seara niste sugestii.
Ce parere aveti?

La cate exemple de astea am dat pe forum si cat am explicat, mi-e imposibil sa cred ca ai cautat si nu ai gasit.

O mica curiozitate: la o dieta cu multi carbo poti deveni mai insensibil la insulina?

Atentia la sursa si la viteza de absorbtie.Daca ai mult zahar, da.Daca il inlocuiesti cu stevia, sirop de agave, etc nu vei pati asta.
