salutare tuturor

salutare baieti,
dupa o pauza de 6 luni de sala, in care am pierdut cam 15 kg, peste o saptamana reincep antrenamentele. Ma gandeam sa incep cu 3 antrenamente pe saptamana fullbody, asta cam pt o luna, apoi sa reincep clasicul meu preferat de 4 antrenamente pe sapt

in prima luna ma gandeam sa fac fullbody cate 2 exercitii de baza, pt grupele mari a cate 4 serii, greutati mici sau chiar deloc , bratele momentan nu le antrenez, iar la final o sesiune scurta de cardio. mentionez ca nu am dus lipsa de efort fizic in astea 6 luni, inca sunt in forma fizica buna, a fost pauza de sala, dar nu de efort...

Orice sfat pe aceasta tema este binevenit

De ce sa nu intri direct in programul de 4 zile/saptamana ?? Fa cum vrei ...
