creatina bat-o vina!!!

Am si eu o mare nelamurire!!!Am inceput sa iau creatina cu dextroza si dupa doua saptamani am ajuns la spital cu pietre la rinichi.Dupa tratament si o buna perioada de pauza am inceput din nou sala si din nou CREATINA.Au aparut aceleasi simptome ca si inainte cu dureri foarte mari in zona rinichilor,deci poate sa ma lamureasca cineva daca e creatina de vina?Daca e naturala ar trebui sa aiba asemenea efecte?

sa-nebunesc...tocmai am comandat si yo creatina. Cristi vino repede cu un raspuns ca n-as vrea sa am probleme cu rinichii(le am yo deja pe ale mele)

Daca iei creatina trebuie sa consumi minim 3l de apa pe zi ! Si nu depasi doza recomandata!

Nu exista studii ,dar creatina se elimina prin riniki.Eu am avut 4 pietre la riniki si nu am luat niciodata creatina, mostenesc boala de la parinti+ ca nu beam decit 500ml apa pe zi knd faceam pregatire de concurs!
Parerea mea e k dc bei 3 l pe zi se va elimina fara probleme.

are dreptate cristi stati linistiti. am avut un prieten care i sa intamplat la fel cu piatra la rinichi si dupa ce a terminat tratamentu sa reapucat de sala.. il vezi cu apa dupa el) si decand face asanumia are nici o problema

in legatura cu creatina....am 2 luni de sala 55 de kg 168 16 ani..as vrea sa stiu daca,creanabol este un produs de incredere...si cu ce sal iau ca are un gust mizerabil..daca il iau cu o cana de fanta are cva? ms

Unu la noi la sala.. zicea ca o fost cand baga si 80 grame de creatina .. in momentul acela il durea spatele .. si scadea doza.
Ai bagat tu 100 ?

as vrea sa stiu dak creatina va fi folositoare in cazul in care obosesc repede si nu pot inchieia un atrenament complet . Am facut pauza vre-o 2 ani si akum am reinceput antrenamentele dar merg seara dupa servici si in weekend , cum as putea scapa de aceasta oboseala si lipsa de forta ?

am cumparat g-2000 sub forma de pastile dar pe cutie scrie ca trebuie luate 16 pastile pe zi ... m-am obisnuit sa iau si creatina si glutamina inainte de antrenament , care ar fi dozajul ptr a putea fi in forma sa pot efectua ceea ce mi-am propus pe antr respectiv ?

Eu am luat o vreme creatine phosfat si ameteam putin dupa ele dar simteam o energie destul de mare si le-am schimbat cu tricreatine malate si dupa astea nu ametesc dar nu prea simt nici un efect.. care e faza? Sa iau ceva mai tare? Alkaline sau ce-mi recomandati?

In caz ca nu ati observat> Scrie pe produsele de la Redis, INTERZIS PERSOANELOR CU AFECTIUNI SAU INSUFICIENTA RENALA! (adica rinichi) Si acest avertisment este valabil pt toate firmele ce produc suplimente, nu numai Redis.
