ma poate ajuta cineva cu o dieta ma refer sa scrie aici ce sa mananc si cand?

pe la 13-14 mananc supa un sandwich si ce mai apuc + snacksuri
la 17 mananc iar un sandwich
si la 9 seara mananc cv fast food

Ca cineva sa iti faca un program personalizat trebuie sa te consulte,daca spui ca ai varsta x,greutatea y si inaltimea z nu o sa ajute cu nimic.Fiecare este diferit si compunterea unei diete se face pe baza unor analize altfel si eu vin ca si voi cu aceeasi greutate/inaltime/varsta ,incerc aceeasi dieta si constat ca nu merge ba din contra,imi face mai mult rau decat bine.

Eu nu am un program alimentar sau cel putin nu unul aproape fix pe care ti-l va oferi nutritionistul.Pentru mine ceea ce fac,ceea ce mananc este un stil de viata si totul a fost construit odata cu trecerea timpului si cu imbogatirea bagajului de cunostiinte,toate acestea dupa ce am inceput sa-mi cunosc corpul si nevoile.Ar trebui sa iti cunosti foarte bine corpul ca sa iti poti stabili niste idei,alaturi de astea ai nevoie de liniile generale(sau reguli daca vrei).

Sper ca acum intelegi ca daca tu nu te cunosti in asa fel incat sa stii ce si cum sa mananci,noi chiar nu avem habar ce program sa-ti facem,tot ce iti putem oferii sunt niste puncte de plecare,la modul general.

am facut una acuma consta in:
dimineata: albus de ou,carne de gaina,muschi
pe la 13-15:branza de vaca,carne de pui de gaina,supa
seara:carne de vaca semigrasa,banane,mere,salata

dupa calcule am 856 calorii(nici jumatate din cat imi trebe) 107,9 proteine 37,9 lipide 13 glucide ma gandesc ca trebe aranjat va rog sa ma ajutati sper sa nu coste prea mult si sa fie accesibil(ma refer sa pot cumpara pe la orice magazin)

Mai explicit, de ce nu fructe seara? Prea multe glucide?

Dimineata: sandwish + corn 7days
Dupa masa: 1 ou fiert + 1 ceai
Ora 6... : 1 iaurt + 1 mar
( asta am mancat eu . )

ce zici? ) asta suna ca meniu de dimineata

Aia poti manca la m masa in cantitate dubla,fara corn.Nu am timp acum ca sa dezvolt ce am spus mai sus,trebuie sa fac niste quiz-uri pentru atestatul la informatica,sunt lectii online in engleza,probabil voi reveni maine cu explicatii.

ca sa am dezvolt normal de cate lipide am nevoie de cate proteine si cate glucide?am facut un regim miau iesit 142,1 proteine 135,6 lipide(eu cred cai mult) 1768 calorii cred ca este destul avand in vedere ca imi trebe 2200 calorii si 76,9 lipide

daca pe langa atatea proteine si atatea lipite mananci carbo foarte foarte putini tinzi spre keto ceea ce este periculos pentru cineva care nu stie ce face.Nu inteleg de unde deduci ca pentru o dezvoltare normala ai nevoie de un numar exact.Pentru inceput lasa calculele,incepe prin ati invata corpul cu o alimentatie curata,invata sa spui NU sucurilor.patiseriei.fast foodului si dulciurilor.
Intre timp pune mana si citeste despre glucide,lipide,proteine,vitamine,invata ce sunt,cum ajuta,cu ce ajuta,de unde trebuiesc luate,cand trebuiesc luate.Forumul asta este o mina de aur pentru tine/voi.

doar ca nu mai stiu ce sa cred am citit pe un site ca daca consumam prea multe proteine avem sanse mai mare sa ne fracturam bratele deci nu mai stiu ce sa cred....

deci mi-am facut un program nu stiu daca e bun dar voi vedea
dimineata:carne de pui,struguri,branza da vaca,cartofi,masline verzi
amiaza:carne de pui,pere,salata verde,fasole verde,supa
seara:ficat de porc,banane/prune,telemea de vaca si poate un albus(voi vedea daca sunt alergic si la albus sau doar la galbenus)

din toate astea reies:1677 calorii mie imi trebuiesc 2496(cred ca is destule cate am)
140,9 proteine
60,1 lipide
95,2 glucide si am calculat toate alimentele la 100g
astept pareri sugestii despre ce sa schimb

Sugestie : 1.5g/lb proteina
Sfat : reorganizeaza-ti programul.. bananele seara nu sunt o alegere potrivita (ca si exemplu)

Dimineata fructele cand nu ai antrenament si dupa antrenament in zilele in care ai. Niciodata seara.. seara doar legume + proteina.. Carbo complecsi poti inainte si dupa (mai importanti sunt dupa antrenament) - asta daca ai carbo complecsi in regim (tu momentan nu vad ca ai)

Fructele se consuma inainte de alte alimente( carne, branza) si de preferat in prima parte a zilei.

inca nu merg la sala si nici nu o sa umblu prea curand si de carbo complecsi nici nu stiu de unde sa fac rost
