Alimente cu valoare proteica mare

M-am gandit sa facem o lista cu alimente cu valoare proteica mare ce se gasesc in comert si sunt ieftine.

Ce-mi vine acuma in minte ar fi: Arahide prajite (3 lei punga - 150 grame - 30 si ceva grame proteina si 400 kal parca)

O sa mai postez in continuare maine .

Calitatea profilului proteinei nu se compara cu una de origine animala.

10 oua intregi - 4 lei -> ~ 70g proteina

Ouale sunt sursa mea preferata de proteine: insa maxim 2 galbenusuri pe zi si in rest 6-10 albusuri pe zi!

As adauga piept de pui cu valoare nutritionala de ~30 g proteine la 100 g

Ai grija ca un galbenus acopera necesarul de colesterol/zi pt un adult.

Aveti dreptate domnule Neagu! Cam din 6 in 6 luni imi fac analize si ori ca sunt la regim de masa sau definire , pastrez aceleasi cantitati la oua!Nimic!


Eu nu sfatuiec pe nimeni sa procedeze la fel ca mine, sunt oameni si oameni!Unii de la 1 ou dau in alte probleme!

O pulpa de pui intreaga din cate stiu are 120g - 130g si o valoare proteica de 25-28g .
Lapte 100ml - 3.5 valoare proteica si 1000ml = 4.5 lei
Branza de vaca 100g - 12 g proteina
Branza de capra 100g - 20g proteina

E bine ca iti faci analizele!Pe de o parte, poate corpul tau utilizeaza colesterolul in consumul caloric mare datorat antrenamentelor, pe de alta e si varsta care te ajuta.
Sfat: daca iti permiti, poti sa maresti nr de albusuri si sa scoti galbenusurile la definire.

De ce trebuia sa mai zici tu ceva care si-asa nu are treaba cu topicul?

ON: Nu vreau sa ma laud sau mai stiu eu ce; dar bunicii mei se descurca perfect!Au o miniferma si saptamanal imi trimit cate 70-80 oua si nu numai! Si carne , lapte, branza!

Eu nu mananc niciodata mai mult de 3 oua intr-o zi, si de obicei doar de 2 ori pe saptamana.

Alune am mancat o perioada mare de timp(zilnic), au proteine dar contin si multe lipide. si daca neglijezi... te ingrasi.

Nu trebuie sa il bagi , ca nu e pastila, ci doar sa il mananci!
Fa oua fierte moi , tari, cand si cand chiar si prajite in 1 lingura de ulei(stiu ca nu e indicat dar cand si cand poti incerca)!

Pai asta zic....nici cum nu pot manca, poate 2-3 muscaturi din un ou fiert si atat. Mi-e rau intr-un fel ca sa descriu senzatia cand mananc oua.

Pacat! E proteina cu valoarea biologica cea mai ridicata!

Dar nu e capat de tara , exista multe alte surse de proteine-piept de pui/curcan, pulpa de pui/porc(sa fie lean),lapte,branza.

Oul , carnea, laptele si in special branza de la tara sunt cele mai bune si de o mie de ori mai sanatoase in comparatie cu cele din magazin. Cred ca am ani buni de cand nu mai m-am dus sa-mi iau branza din magazin sa mananc

ON: Pestele e bogat in proteine mai ales tonul, ieftin si bun. O sa revin cu niste "retete" bune la gust si valoare proteica mare.

O reteta care imi place:

Pieptul de pui fiert bine si dupaia taiat feliute foarte mici.Sa fie faramitat!Dupa aceea adaugati branza feliata mic si cu rosii taiate la fel(foarte micute)!
Dupa aceea amestecati putin si iese o super reteta mai ales pt. definire!

Eu asa procedez!

are vreo 20g de prot si nu uitati ca prin preparare se mai pierd din nutrienti.

O intrebare: de unde stii ca are 20 per suta de grame? Eu pe toate site-urile de calorii am gasit cam 30!
