Heavy-duty

Ce parere aveti de acest antrenament de mare intensitate si scurta durata,Heavy-duty?Parca as vrea sa-l incerc dar mi-e frik k imi pierd timpul degeaba.Ati incercat?Daca da cum v-a mers?s-a meritat?

Am incercat este excelent!Nu il recomand decit sportivilor de performanta, care au ajuns la un nivel inalt de pregatire.La ceilalti nu prea se justifica.

Eu fac sala de 1 an si 3-4 luni...si daca nu ies din sala stors...simt ca n-am facut nimic bun si raman cu constiinta incarcata pana a2a zi...tinand cont ca fac fiecare grupa musculara o data pe saptamana...eu consider ca lucrand grupa respectiva pana la epuizare obtin rezultatul maxim...Contraziceti-ma daca n-am dreptate va rog

Am o viziune mai de ansamblu asupra antr la sala, in fct de scopuri si particularitati.Unii trag pina la epuizare altii vin ca sa se relax...

teoretic doar tragand pana la epuizare poti obtine rezultate maxime, dar tot asa apar si accidentarile si oboseala accentuata. Eu zic sa te antrenezi fara excese, si progresiv, asa vei evita accidentarile (din care cele la coloana sunt cele mai nenorocite) si stresul cauzat de oboseala.

Pai sunt rezultate daca te antrenezi pana la epuizare...dar depinde ce faci acasa...la sala nu cresti..doar stimulezi cresterea..Odihneste-te dupa antrenament si mananca mult.
