2 antrenamente

care dintre urmatoarele antrenamente este bun si de ce...?

I
1. brate
2. picioare , umeri
3. piept abdomen
4. spate . trapez. deltoidi posteriori

II
1. brate
2. picioare
3. piept abdomen
4. spate umeri

pauza fac 2 zile dupa cele 4 antrenamente consecutive si dupaceia reiau...

Comentati aiurea.Primul nu e chiar asa aiurea

Luni: Brate
Marti: Picioare + Umeri (aici e discutabil)
Miercuri: Pauza
Joi: Piept + Abdomen
Vineri: Spate+Trapez+Deltoid posterior

Pentru incepatori programul asta e acceptabil

merg de vrun an de zile si am tras destul de tare
nu cred ca mai sunt la stadiu de incepator...
am 1.85 inaltime si 82 de kg

metionez ca fac bratele intr.o zi ca fac superseturi..

i.ti spun eu un lucru dc esti tu ala din poza esti mic copil

in loc sa raspunzi la obiect aberezi tampeni. ! sa raspunda 1 calumea si cu asta basta

Eu fac superseturi la brate de vreo 16 ani.Cu superseturi am crescut de la 43 la 52 la brate.Si acum le folosesc si intra excelent.

eu zi ca e destul de bun al doilea program cu conditia ca dupa al doilea antrenament sa iei o zi pauza
zi1: antr1
zi2: antr2
zi3: pauza
zi4: antr3
zi5: antr4
zi6: pauza
zi7: pauza

Incearca-l, daca dupa un timp scade pofta de antrenament si te simti obosit, evident e prea mult.

1.la brate tot nu am crescut . Nici cu supperseturile biceps triceps... nici cand le faceam separat... nu po.t sami dau seama ca am crescut greutatile destul demult . Ex. de la flexi cu ganterele de la 12,5 fac cu 20 ultima serie..7-8 repetari
2. akum iarna am luat vro 5 kile grasime + masa si vreu sa mai iau macar 2-3 pana la inceputu veri si dupoaceia sa incep putina definire. Intrebarea e : definirea o pot face cu exerciti de baza sa nu pierd masa? si cam cate repetari in jur de 15?
3. la umeri eu nu prea fac febra... din ce cauza ca fac exercitiile de baza,,?

dory, daca antrenandu-le nu au crescut, supraantrenandu-le nu au crescut, mai exista o optiune, nu le antrena deloc , pur si simplu lucrezi doar grupele mari, de ex piept cu umeri, spate cu trapez, picioare, iar abdomenul la finele a doua antrenamente.

Dory , la umeri nici eu nu fac febra , desi i lucrez zic eu destul de corect si intens si pt aia tot arata bine
