putin ajutor la program

cum vi se pare programul acesta??
luni: piept+triceps
marti: picioare+abdomen
miercuri: pauza
joi: spate+biceps
vineri: umeri+trapez+abdomen

am putina burta si as vrea sa o dau jos....sa fac abdomene in fiecare zi sau e de ajuns 2 zile pe sapt....

E ok in mare programu. Abdomenul nu trebuie sa il lucrezi mai des decat celelalte grupe ci in functie de capacitatile de recuperare ale acestui muschi.

Slabirea tintita pe o anumita zona este un mit, vei slabi cu o dieta buna si cardio in conditii corespunzatoare.
