Regim

domnbule doctor am si eu o intrebare la dvs.
am 17 ani si 3 luni, 1,76-1,78 m inaltime, 61 kg.
fac sala de 4 luni si inainte aveam 72 kg si eram destul de "grasut". acum am reusit sa dau o mare parte din stratul adipos jos, dar as dori sa mai pun ceva masa musculara pe mine.Pt a slabi o luna am tinut regim destul de drastic(fara paine,dulciuri,grasimi,lactate,etc.) Acum, regimul meu arata in felul urm: dimineata,ora 7 : un ou fiert + o felie de paine graham+o felie muschi file,300ml lapte cu 100 g fulgi de ovaz sau secara; ora 7.30 :50 g boabe soia coapte; ora 12: 50 g boabe soia coapte; ora 15.30:200 g mazare+un peste mediu sau 150 g piept de pui sau ficat, 3 felii de paine graham; ora 20.00 : 50 g soia; mentionez ca beau cam 2 l de apa/zi ? Cu toate acestea, ma mentin la aceeasi greutate.. Ce ar trebui sa fac sa mai castig 5 kg masa musculara, fara insa sa mai pun grasime pe mine ??

Adauga la regimul tau cate 100 g Gain Fast pe zi, 500 g iaurt, mai multa paine, legume, fructe, 30 g unt sau ulei (in mancare).
