e ok daca in fiecare seara pe langa cele 4 antrenamente de la sala fac 3 serii de flotarii si 3 de tractiuni ajutate.....pt forta :-?? ce parere aveti ....(nu pot sa fac mai mult de 3 tractiuni ) si alea chinuite rau )

Cand urmaresti sa dezvolti forta, cel mai bine ar fi sa iti faci un antrenament dedicat si sa nu mai faci altceva pe langa.

corect .. tu cand vi de la sala trebuie sa te odihnesti daca faci flotari dupaia a 2 a zi te vei duce la sala obosit fara chef de nimic

aha multumesc pt ajutor ......chestia e vreau sa fac antrenament pentru masa nu forta ...........si ce e naspa ca la pectorali imping si 90 kg 3-4 repetari fortate .....dar tractiuni nu pot sa fac ..........ar trebuie sa lucrez spatele in prima zi a saptamanii cand merg la sala :-?
