intrebare pectorali :D
e ok daca fac impins cu bara declinat/drept/inclinat 4 serii fiecare plan +fluturari 4 serii ......mai este nevoie si de fluturari ......asta nu stiu ....???.....ast un raspuns ...ms

Ar fi bine sa alternez exercitiile?De exemplu 2 serii impins culcat cu gantere si 2 cu bara?

mie mi-a mers bine si cu fluturari.programu meu e: impins orizontal-4 serii,impins inclinat(sau declinat) cu gantere-4 serii,fluturari 4 serii,pullover-3 serii....si am mereu dupa antrenamentul de piept febra...

am citit nu de mult un articol in care era citat Arnold care sustinea ca fluturarile pentru piept a fost cel mai eficient exercitiu pentru el :|

Ca se intinde fibra si daca mai si forta, se rupea si ar urma fuziunea de rigoare si s-ar pune peste si tot asa.. dar castig de masa din exercitii de izolare mai greu.

santul dintre pectorali apare pe masura ce se dezvolta masa musculara a pectoralilor. Intai se dezvolta partea externa a lor, apoi cea mediana, apoi apare si santul.
Fluturarile sunt un exercitiu de izolare f bun. |

Eu fac impins cu bara inclinat/drept si fluturari inclinat/drept pana acum a fost ok.

eu la piept fac impins haltera/gantere culcat, impins haltera inclinat iar la sfarsit bag fluturari la aparat pt pompare, nu cu greutate mare.
