Hiit

Antrenamentul HIIT in genul lui DY este bun ptr ecto? Stiu ca este scurt ,dar de mare intensitate..

Est HIT, nu HIIT si este un antrenament pt. cei foarte avansati.

Eu l-am incercat, 4 saptamani.Am facut progrese mari in forta primele 3 saptamani, apoi am inceput sa regresez din cauza intensitatii prea mari si sa ma doara coatele si tendoanele bratelor.Nu mi se pare un program care sa functioneze pe termen lung si in nici un caz pt. cei ce nu au cativa ani buni de antrenament in spate.

Cristik asa e cand iei programul unui profi si il aplici pe tine.Am incercat si eu programul lui Arnold si in afara de febra uriasa nu am obtinut mai nimic

Dorian specifica, incepatorii si intermediarii trebuie sa faca 2-3 serii de lucru moderate, abea la nivel avansat poti merge pe o serie facuta la 100%.Oricum, sunt de aceeasi parere, nu ar trebui sa copiem programele culturistilor de top.Arnold avea dreptate ca trebuie volum mare pt. a creste, Dorian avea dreptate ca trebuie mai multe zile de recuperare pt. a creste, asa ca o cale de mjloc cred ca este mult mai indicata pt. noi, amatorii.

Cristik o intrebare :repetarile situate intre 14 si 20 am inteles ca ar dezvolta o crestere sarcoplasmica nefiind semnificativa..este adevarat? Am incercat vineri antrenament TUT la spate si am avut ceva pompare dar hit la piept a fost extrem. Ce parere ai?
