am nevoie de ajutor!

buna...am 20 de ani, 58 de kg, inaltime 1,72 sunt slab, dar am un pic de grasime pe abdomen ..si doresc sa ma apuc de sala si as dori sa iau niste sumplinete pt a creste in masa, imi dati niste sugesti de sumpimente?
Am facut un test din care rezulta ca sunt ectomorf dar si putin mezomorf

Gainer, creatina, vitamine+minerale.

Pentru un buget redus o solutie ar fi Massforte Creatin-R + Fosfocreatina + Daily Formula.

Daca ne zici bugetul de care dispui iti putem spune si alte solutii Oricum astea sunt suplimentele cu care ar trebui sa incepi.

Pentru grasimea de pe abdomen, trebuie sa umblii la alimentatie.

Daca esti abia la inceput tu vrei sa pui grasime nu sa o dai jos..las o pe aia acolo si ingrasa te si mai tare chiar ca sa formezi muschiul.Abia dupa cauta sa dai jos din grasime.

Ok..dar eu n am sa inteleg cum vei creste macar 3 kg intr un an numai cu masa musculara,fara acumulare de grasime intai...din cate stiu orice proteina ai lua tot trebuie sa mananci mult ca sa aiba efect--->>>>> daca mananci mult ca vei acumula si grasime..dar ma rog daca se poate creste doar cu masa musculara doar asa cateva kg intr un an atunci..spor,eu m ai am de invatat.

ms de sfaturi...pai o sa mananc mai mult dar nu vreau sa pun grasime, ci doar masa musculara o sa mananc sanatos...de unde mi-as putea cumpara ideal protein?sau niste situri de unde le-as putea comanda?

si legat de abdomen..pe langa alimentatie...nu ar trebuie sa alerg de 2-3 pe saptamana sa dau grasimea de pe abdomen?...muschi am dar nu se prea vad din cauza grasimi..ce ma enerveaza)

La 1,72 si 58 de kg sunt foarte sigur ca muschi nu prea ai daca pretinzi ca ai grasime.Cand spui ca ai muschi dar nu se vad de grasime,la ce muschi te referi?Abdomen?

@Greed ce ai vrut sa spui cu ''ingrasate ca sa formezi muschiul''?
Daca mananca mancare multa si calitativa si chiar e ectomorf v'a pune grasime dar foarte putin,nu chestii gen gusi,falci,colagi si burti.
Da ,orice proteina ai lua tot trebuie sa mananci in sensul ca proteina aia trebuie sa completeze necesarul proteic.Bine ar fi daca necesarul proteic ar fi acoperit din alimentatie si proteina(concentratul) folosit doar dupa antrenament si dimineata eventual dar pe criza asta ustura la buzunar.

ma refeream la muschi de pe abdomen...nu sunt de acord ca treb sa pun grasime ca sa pot creste in masa musculara.
deci daca iau Ideal Protein si completez cu o alimentatie potrivita o sa pun masa musculara?

Daca lucrezi corect cele 3 parti ale musculaturii abdominale, mai adaugi si aerobicul, nu au cum sa nu se vada.
