Poti lua R 85 cu un mar, o para sau alta fructa sau mai multe. Daca mananci si bei in acelasi timp poate ameliorezi gustul aceala fenomenal.

mai am o intrebare. m-am gandit sa iau si niste creatina, da nu stiu ce sa fac. Am auzit ca dupa ce nu mai iei se lasa muschii pt ca retine apa in iei creatina. Si este indicat la varsta mea sa iau creatina? Si inca ceva, pt cresterea fortei, ce antrenamnte ar trebui sa fac?

Ia creatina. Chiar daca o sa iasa apa din muschi dupa ce nu mai iei tot ramai cu ceva muschi in plus.

ma scuzati daca sunt un incepator si nu prea am habar ce e aia creatina. Puteti totusi sa-mi raspundeti la intrebare, daca se poate, e buna, ce efecte are? stiu cate ceva da e de ajuns ca sa fiu pe deplin convins. si daca da cum ar trebui sa iau in combinatie cu prot-r 85. si am doar 16 ani. de asta ot insist, nu vreau sa fiu afectat in vreun fel

Creatina este o substanta care se gaseste in mod natural in organismele vii, deci si in corpul uman, in mare parte in muschii scheletici.Creatina este compusa din trei aminoacizi: arginina, glicina si metionina, ficatul are capactatea de a combina acesti aminoacizi si de a produce creatina.

creatina ca supliment iti da mai multa energie atunci cand iti lucrezi muschii cu greutati. Se constata ca suplimentarea cu creatina permite efectuarea mai multor repetari, seturi si cu greutati mai mari inainte de a atinge epuizarea. Acestea se adauga volumizarii celulei musculare si scurtarii timpului de refacere.

Daca nu ai afectiuni sau insuficienta renala, poti lua. Apropo nu trebuie sa te convingem noi sa apelezi la un anume produs, convinge-te singur, ca ai atatea surse de documentare.

nici de cum nu vreau sa ma convingeti voi sa iau un anumit produs, dar apelez la acest forum pentru ca multe surse de informare nu sunt deloc sigure si m-am gandit ca pe acest forum gasesc oameni de incredere, care stiu ce e aia culturism. pe intrenet gesec diverse opinii, care se bat cap in cap, iar acest forum mi se pare cea mai sigura sursa de informare, ca nu vreau sa merg la doctor pentru toate aceste intrebari, mai ales ca imi mai vine cate o idee in fiecare zi si de aceea va sunt recunoscator ca ma puteti ajuta si scoate din ceata

si apropo de probleme, cam cata cretina, in combinatei cu prot-r 85 trebuie sa iau pe zi ca sa nu-mi afecteze. din cate stiu nu am probleme renale si cu ficatu. macar orientativ. probabil o sa imi ziceti sa iau dupa prospect, dar acolo este in general, eu vreau sa stiu cat ar trebui sa iau la anii mei sin in functie de inaltime si greutate

Creatina fosfat iei 6 cp/zi in 3 prize iar P-85 2-3 servinguri de 2 cupe.In ziele de pauza iei totul redus 50%.
