Sunt endomorf am 179 cm si 96 kg.... am 2 prioritati a)slabitul , b)forta

si cam pe ce ar trebuii sa ma axez prima oara pe slabit sau pe forta ??? trebuie sa iau si ceva de slabit si daca da.... ce ???
