intrebare antrenament

ce exercitiu credeti ca e mai benefic pt biceps ......tractiuni cu priza scurta pt biceps sau flexii cu bara :-??

Sunt benefice ambele si nu pot fi comparate pt ca sunt miscari complet diferite.Personal prefer flexiile cu bara.

Buna seara.Vroiam sa va intreb o chestie,eu nu mai pot merge la sala cam 3-4 luni si vroiam sa va pun intrebarea :
- ce as putea face ca sa nu pierd din masa musculara pe care am obtinuto pana acum?as putea face rost de 2 gantere de 8kg si una de 15kg.Ma gandeam sa fac flotari,tractiuni + exercitii cu ganterele respective.Credeti ca m-ar ajuta?Astept parerea dumneavoastra.

Cu o gantera de 15kg poti lucra cam toate grupele,exceptie pieptul unde ai nevoie de 2 dar le poti baga intr-un ghiozdan si sa faci flotari.
Nu uita sa mananci bine.

corect.sau tractiuni cu priza ingusta supinatie(prinzi bara ca la biceps) sau cu priza larga,pentru spate.mai poti improviza cu scaune.pui cate 2 scaune,unu peste altul si iti faci un fel de paralele.iar asa....gantera la ghiozdan....m-am antrenat mult timp asa cand nu aveam cum sa ajung la sala.
