Cate tractiuni puteti sa faceti?

Se cunoaste faptul ca tractiunile pt spate sunt cel mai tare ex. din cate exista, un adevarat test de forta si rezistenta pt corp! Specificati si ce priza folositi!

la inceputul anului nu puteam sa fac nici 1 corecta din cauza greutatii. acum ca m-am mai definit am ajuns sa fac in jur de 12 corecte fara balans.

Pana in 100kg recordul meu era de 41 (priza larga pt spate).Acum cred ca maxim 15.Daca scad sub 100kg sigur merg la 20.

pt biceps fac vreo 11-12 dar pt spate mai mult de 8 nu am putt niciodata.(corecte nu cu balans sau eu mai stiu cum).

la biceps n-am mai incercat de mult.. tractiuni fac serii de 6 cu priza larga.. insa nu spatele cedeaza de obicei ci antebratele ... problema e priza

fac intre cam intre 6-8 pentru spate. si am 85 kg (cu destul de mult tesut adipos)... pluc ca am incheieturile si palmele destul de mici si fragile.. oricum tractiunile sunt cele mai bune! (sau printre cele mai bune)

La fel ca si cezzz, nu puteam sa fac multe, vre-o 3-4. Acum, n-am incercat sa vad cate pot sa fac, dar fac in serii si fac bine. 4 serii 12-10-10-8.. am incercat si cu 10kg la a2a serie si am facut 8. 85kg greutate corporala

18 la piept pt spate....iar pt biceps exact la latimea umerilor 25.....toate corecte bratul intins perfect.....am 85 kg/175cm....

mai este cand trisez,nu intind bratul....atunci merg inca 6-7 in plus...
la ceafa le fac cu palmele opuse,tot priza larga[mi-am modificat bara de acasa]............

face cineva cu un brat?.....

Priza larga, pentru spate, la spate.

Cu priza larga pentru spate la antrenamente fac 3 x 10 cu greutatea mea si ultima serie tot de 10 repetari cu o greutate de 10kg (ultimele 2-3 cu ajutor).
Intr-o singura serie nu stiu cate pot sa fac dar trec de 15.

La biceps nu fac dar un record de acuma cativa ani era 23, acum cred ca pot mai multe.

Inainte faceam 10 repetari cu disc de 20kg la prima serie, acum sunt in revenire, doar 10-12 fara greutate, la aceeasi greutate si inaltime.

am dat sapt asta niste teste printre care si tractiuni si am reusit sa fac 18( priza biceps)
